  • First, cook the spaghetti or noodles in a saucepan with plenty of water for about 20 minutes. If you want to have them in less time, you can make them in a pressure cooker.
    • So that they fit well and you can close the pot, let the water heat up and when they are soft, push them down. Close the pot and when the pilot rises, leave them for about 5 minutes.
  • Then  fry the onion in small pieces together with the garlic. And then add the chicken and the seasoned chopped bacon.
  • Next, make the orange sauce. Put the natural orange juice with the sugar and zest in a saucepan, let it simmer until a kind of syrup is made. Then add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, stir well, and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
  • Finally, add the spaghetti to the sauce. If you want, you can garnish them once they are plated with a little chopped parsley.

  • You can substitute chicken and bacon for meatloaf. It will be very original.
