Orange Cake Without Oven

Delicious no-bake orange cake

If you are going to go on a picnic in the park with your family, if you like to eat something sweet before going to sleep, if you have invited your friends to lunch on the weekend, or if you want to treat yourself with something delicious, this recipe is perfect for you. . It is easy to prepare and the result is delicious!

Ingredients

For the base

  • 1 package of chocolate digestive biscuits
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 1 handful of walnuts

For the orange mousse

  • 1 orange
  • 250 ml of cream (one cup)
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 4 sheets of neutral gelatin

For decoration

  • 250 g orange marmalade
  • 1 sheet of unflavored gelatin

Preparation

Orange tart without oven

  1. Crush the cookies until you have a kind of sand and mix with the melted butter. Then add the chopped nuts (but do not add powder or flour).
  2. Spread on a mold to be the base, pressing well with your fingers so that it does not crack. Take to the freezer while you prepare the filling.
  3. For the filling, put the 4 gelatin sheets in water, as indicated by the instructions on the package.
  4. Wash the orange and grate (only the orange part of the peel). Then squeeze the juice. Mix both and heat until boiling.
  5. Strain and add the hydrated gelatin sheets, stir well. Whisk the cream aside with the sugar and the Greek yogurt. Integrate with the juice.
  6. Remove the base from the freezer and pour the previous cream. Now put in the fridge and leave 8 hours.
  7. After that time, hydrate the remaining gelatin sheet and heat the jam with 2 tablespoons of water. Integrate everything.
  8. When it’s warm, take the cake out of the fridge and spread the topping. Put it back in the cold for another hour and that’s it. It is ready to enjoy.

Quick no-bake orange tart

Maybe you want to make a cake in less time because you live at a thousand an hour or because you have not been able to before and the guests will arrive shortly. This second recipe may help you.

Ingredients

For the base

  • 200 grams of digestive type biscuits
  • 100 grams of butter

For the filling:

  • 275 grams of white chocolate
  • 100 grams of icing sugar
  • Peel of an orange
  • 3 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • ½ cup of orange juice (125 ml)
  • 225 grams of Philadelphia type cheese
  • 1 plain unsweetened or Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg

To decorate

  • Orange marmalade
  • Grated chocolate

Preparation

  1. For the base, crush the cookies and mix with the melted butter. Place in a mold pressing well and put in the fridge.
  2. For the filling, soak the jellies as directed on the package. Heat the orange juice and put the jellies in it.
  3. Beat the icing sugar with the orange zest, add the melted white chocolate. Add the cheese, the yogurt, the gelatin with the juice and the yolk. Mix everything very well. Besides, beat the white to snow with a few drops of lemon.
  4. Remove the base from the fridge and add this mixture. Take to the freezer 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with orange marmalade and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Orange cake without oven with lemon and cream

Ingredients

For the base

  • 80 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of digestive type biscuits

For the filling

  • 250 grams of water
  • 1 envelope of lemon jelly
  • 400 grams of Philadelphia type cheese
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 40 grams of sugar

For coverage

  • 200 grams of orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 15 grams of neutral gelatin
  • 50 grams of water

Preparation

  1. For the base, the same as the two previous recipes.
  2. For the filling, hydrate the gelatin with the water. Meanwhile, mix the cheese with the cream and sugar. Pour in the gelatin and integrate the ingredients.
  3. Take the base out of the fridge and add the previous mixture. Store in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Prepare the topping by heating the jam, juice, water and gelatin in a saucepan.
  5. When cool, remove the cake and spread. Put in the fridge 2 more hours.
