Foods That We Can Apply To Hydrate The Skin

People with sensitive skin should be very careful with the products they use. Keep in mind that even natural masks can cause allergies.

At present, many of the creams that we can buy include among their ingredients some food, such as cucumber, avocado, or honey. In this article, we’ll give you some ideas for using different foods to nourish, cleanse, and hydrate your skin.

Vegetable oils to hydrate the skin

Vegetable oils have been used for a long time in natural medicine to, among other things, hydrate the skin.

We recommend that they be cold or ecological first pressure oils, that is, those of the highest quality and those that best conserve their nutrients.

A simple and natural peeling

Sea salt or baking soda
