How to do it?

  • We will beat the avocado with heavy cream, a little lemon juice and a natural sweetener, such as agave syrup.
  • When we see its creamy texture, we will store it in a container and put it in the freezer.
  • For the ideal texture, we recommend removing it from the freezer after one, two and three hours. Each of these times beat the ice cream to break the ice crystals that will have formed.
