How to prepare it?

  • Mash half an avocado.
  • Mix it with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of carrot juice.

2. Regenerative mask

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt mixed with 1 of honey.
  • Add the juice of half a lemon.

  • Blend 1 ripe cucumber.

The combination of this natural food with other elements such as honey and oats makes it an outstanding ally for the hydration of your skin.

How to prepare it?

  • Mash 1 ripe banana (with skin).
  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 5 tablespoons of oatmeal.
  • Mix until it forms a smooth paste.
  • Apply the mixture all over your face, except around the eyes.
  • Let it act for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse with cold water.

Without a doubt, the skin is one of the most valued physical attributes at first glance.
